- Applicable for 50 days or more inactive customer
- All previous dues will be waived
- By default system will deduct bonus data bank first then regular data bank at the first month
- Bonus data must be consumed in first month. Bonus data will not be carry forwarded to the next month
- Unused regular data will be carry forwarded under Data Carry Forward offer
- Customer can migrate to any of our existing plan on the product shelf through proper migration request from the 2nd month
- Monthly fee is inclusive of VAT
- Additional usage charge is Tk.0.10/MB (VAT applicable)
Option 2: Reactivate with any plan in the current product shelf

- Applicable for 50 days or more inactive customer
- All previous dues will be waived
- 200% volume will be distributed over three months (100% in first month, 50% in 2nd month and 50% in 3rd month)
- Customer has to reactivate one of the plan from the current product shelf to get this bonus offer
- Extra volume will be posted into customer’s account within 48 hours of new bill generation
- Extra volume will be based on plan’s original volume limit (limited data plan) or original FUP limit (unlimited/king plan)
- Unused regular data will be carry forwarded under Data Carry Forward offer (limited data plan)
- From 4th month and onward regular volume will be applicable
- If any Postpaid customer migrate or discontinue within first 3 months (promotion time) then he will lose the extra volume benefit
- If a customer uses any previous plan (i.e. Student Plan, Regional Plan, Safari 25, 256 Kbps Unlimited etc.) and wants to retain that plan then his previous dues will be waived but he will not get any bonus data on those plans
Reactivation Offer for Prepaid

- Applicable for 50 days or more inactive customer
- Prepaid customer can avail this plan upon recharge of Tk.399 or more during campaign period
- In case of multiple offers being offered at the same time, customer will get the higher volume amount
- By default customer will get regular volume from the Prepaid recharge. Extra volume will be posted on customers’ account within 48 hours of recharge
- Customer will only get respective volume for any recharge below Tk.399
- Validity for the plan will remain same for the respective denomination
- Customer will be able to enjoy this plan 3 months from the reactivation date. He can recharge as many cards during this offer time (Tk.399 or above) and get extra data every time
- After 3 months regular data limit will be applicable for respective card recharge
- All other Prepaid policy will remain same

- Open a ticket: Open a ticket for reactivation request at http://tticket.banglalionwimax.com/open.php?
- Email: email ccm@banglalionwimax.com or commercial.billing@banglalionwimax.com to request for reactivation. Customer must email from the email account that is stored in the system.
- Customer care center: customer can go to Customer care center and request for reactivation.
- Carline: customer can call BCL Careline (09611-556677 or 16313) to request for reactivation. Careline personnel will open a ticket on behalf of customer.
